Primary Care

  • In-Home Services

    • New Patient Visit: $275

    • Follow-Up/Established Patient Visit: $150

  • In-Office Services

    • Visit Fees for Non-Members – Established Patients:

      • 10-19 min: $60

      • 20-29 min: $100

      • 30-39 min: $150

      • 40-54 min: $200

    • Visit Fees for Non-Members – New Patients:

      • 0-30 min: $75

      • 30-44 min: $150

      • 45-59 min: $210

    • Procedures (e.g., splints, laceration repair, cyst removal): $125

    • Testing (Flu, COVID, Urinalysis, Pregnancy, Strep, Blood Glucose): $25 per test

    • After Hours Charge Visits from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. or 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: $50

Wellness Consults

  • Preventative Care & Wellness Visits:

    • 0-20 min: $50

    • 21-30 min: $100

Weight Management Services

  • Semaglutide: Starting at $250/month

  • Tirzepatide: Starting at $350/month

  • Oral Weight Loss Medications: $105/month

Injections

  • Lipo+: $20/shot
